- The equipment is intended for domestic use only.
- This equipment may be used by children of at least 8 years of age and by persons with reduced physical and mental capabilities and persons with inexperience and lack of familiarity with the equipment if supervision or instruction is provided on how to use the equipment in a safe manner so that the associated risks are understood. Children should not play with the equipment. Unsupervised children should not carry out cleaning or maintain the equipment.

INTENDED USE
- The scale is designed for weight measurement as well as for determining the level of fat, water, muscle, bone mass, visceral fat, BMR, protein, obesity, biological age, and LBM.
- Additionally, the device displays the ambient temperature.
TIPS
- The indicators are determined based on such parameters as weight, height, age, etc., and they facilitate the determining of the overall condition of the body.
- It is recommended that you take measurements at the same time daily (e.g. between 7:00-9:00 p.m.).
- Measurement results can be erroneous after exhaustive physical exercises, when on a fortified diet, or in a state of serious dehydration.
- Place the scales on a firm and flat surface.
- Stand still while taking the measurement.
- The measurements of body-fat and water levels can give invalid results if taken by:
- adults over 70 years of age (the normal weighing mode can be used),
- bodybuilders, and professional athletes.
USE
- Before use, check that the unit is complete and not damaged.
- Remove all transport protection.
- Insert the batteries.
BATTERIES
The scale is powered by two AAA batteries. Battery replacement
- Open the battery cover located on the bottom of the unit.
- Gently lift up and remove the batteries.
- Insert new batteries. Pay attention to the polarity.
- Close the cover.
Used batteries should be disposed of in special containers.
OPERATION
Taking measurements without using the app – standard weighing mode
- Place the scale on a stable, dry surface.
- Stand on the scale, evenly distributing your feet (the scale will turn on automatically).
- Wait a few seconds for the weight indication to stabilize.
- Read the display.

NOTICE: Due to the continuous development of our products, the app and its appearance may change over time.
The scale connects with devices that support wireless communication with at least Bluetooth 4.0 and operating systems iOS 12.0/Android 6.0 or newer.
You can create up to 8 user accounts.
- You can download the app using the code on the manual’s cover or by searching for the keyword “OKOK·International” in the App Store or Google Play.
- For the first use, create a new user account.
- Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
- Launch the app.
- Stand barefoot on the scale and evenly distribute your feet on the electrodes (2).
- Measurements will appear on the scale’s display and in the app.
- All measurements will be automatically saved in the app’s data history.
The app allows tracking changes over time for 18 parameters. Detailed explanations of the indicators are available in the app.
Automatic switch-off
A few seconds after stepping off the scale, the device automatically switches off. If you do not step on the scale after switching it on, the unit will also switch off switches off after several seconds.
Changing the weighing units
- You can change the weighing unit (kg/lb) using the button on the bottom of the scale.
Weight overload message
- The maximum permissible weight (180 kg) must not be exceeded.
