Product Usage Instructions
Temperature Adjustment
- Remove the lid of the machine to access the temperature and texture control boards.
- Locate the adjustment screw on the temperature control board.
- Using a very small flat screwdriver (Jeweller’s screwdriver), turn the adjustment screw so that it points towards the arrowhead (starting position).
- Fill a jug with cold water, then heat it using the automatic temp & texture system to check the temperature adjustment.
Texture Adjustment
- To adjust the volume of stretched milk, turn the adjustment screw clockwise to increase volume or anti-clockwise to reduce volume.
- Fine tuning is required to achieve the desired texture and density of stretched milk. This may vary based on the brand of milk being used.

Temperature adjustment
- Remove the lid of the machine and locate the temperature and texture control boards pictured below.
- Using a very small flat screwdriver (Jeweller’s screwdriver) turn the adjustment screw so that it points toward the arrowhead (starting position).
- Fill a jug with cold water then heat it with the automatic temp & texture system, whilst heating check the temperature with a digital thermometer. Note the maximum temperature which will occur shortly after the system stops.
- If the temperature is too cool turn the adjustment screw anti-clockwise slightly, if it is too hot then turn the adjustment screw clockwise slightly.
- Repeat step 2 until you reach the desired temperature (a temperature of 65°C is good).
Texture adjustment
- To increase the volume of stretched milk turn the adjustment screw clockwise, to reduce milk volume turn it anti-clockwise. Fine-tuning will be required to get the right texture and density of stretched milk, depending on the brand of milk you are using.
