If you see Video Connection Lost displayed with error codes 617, 618 or 619 on your TV screen, it means a connection has been lost between a Genie Mini and your main Genie receiver. Follow the prompts on your TV screen to begin troubleshooting.
Troubleshooting steps:
- Check the connecting cables on your main Genie server and Wireless Video Bridge for a tight fit.
- Quickly press and release the red button on the Wireless Video Bridge.
- Restart the Genie server by pressing the red reset button.
