If you’re having trouble accessing the app:

  1. Access Settings on your device.
  2. Select DIRECTV.
  3. Turn on the Clear Login @ Startup.
  4. Exit Settings.
  5. Launch the DIRECTV app and sign in.

If you’re still having issues, please Contact DirecTV. Have your DIRECTV account number, ZIP Code and any error message or code displayed on your device.
