You can easily update your billing information on directv.com. Sign in to your DIRECTV account with your username and password to perform the following tasks.

To update your billing address:

• Go to My Account Info
• Scroll down to the Quick Links information
• Select Change Billing Address

To change your credit card information:

• Go to My Account Info
• Scroll down to the Quick Links information
• Select Change Credit Card

To sign up for Auto Bill Pay or change your Auto Bill Pay settings:

• Go to My Account Overview or My Bills & Transactions
• Select Enroll or Manage Settings under Auto Bill Pay to choose your payment method or payment date

To enroll in Paperless Billing:

• Go to My Account Overview or My Bills & Transactions
• Select Enroll under Paperless Billing

To cancel Paperless Billing:

• Go to My Account Overview or My Bills & Transactions
• Select Update under Paperless Billing
• Scroll down and select Cancel Your Enrollment
• Select Cancel Paperless Billing 

Note: You can re-enroll in Paperless Billing at any time.
