On-screen message: “Multi-switch problem. Check that the cables are connected correctly and the multi-switch is working properly.”
This error means the cables on your satellite dish may not be connected correctly to the multi-switch (a small box located between the dish and your receivers). Please call 800.691.4388 for assistance.
