DELSEY 01237 Code-Lock Instructions

If your DELSEY 01237 lock is stuck and the reset button (A) is unresponsive, please follow these troubleshooting steps based on the manual:

• Check the Current Combination: The reset button (A) is designed to be moved only when the lock is in the open position. If the dials are not set to the correct opening code (factory default is 0-0-0), button A will remain locked to prevent accidental changes.
• Verify the Slider (B): Ensure the slider (B) is not jammed. Try pushing it toward the top of the case (to release front pocket zippers) or toward the bottom (to release main compartment zippers). If the slider does not move, the lock does not recognize the current code as correct.
• Resetting Attempt: To use button A, you must first successfully open the lock. Use a pen or fine-pointed object to slide button A until you hear a "click." If it will not move, you may be on the wrong combination.
• Forgotten Code: If you have forgotten your code and 0-0-0 does not work, the manual does not provide a bypass method. You may need to try all possible combinations (000-999) or contact an authorized DELSEY service center for professional assistance.
