JBL WAVE 100 TWS Quick Start Guide

What's in the Box

The package contains the JBL WAVE 100 TWS earbuds and charging case, along with different sizes of eartips (S/M/L) for optimal fit and seal.

How to Wear

For the best fit and seal, try different sizes of eartips.

First Time Use

Ensure the earbuds are charged before first use.

Power On & Connect

To connect, open the charging case and select "JBL WAVE 100TWS" from your device's Bluetooth settings.

Stereo Mode: Both earbuds connect simultaneously.

Mono Mode: Use either the left or right earbud independently.

Button Command

Press × 1: Play/Pause music, Answer/End call.
Press × 2: Next track (Right earbud), Previous track (Left earbud).
Press × 3: Activate Siri® / Google Assistant / Bixby (Right earbud).
Hold (2s): Activate Siri® / Google Assistant / Bixby (Left earbud).
Hold (5s): Power Off.

Power Off

The earbuds will automatically power off when placed in the charging case. You can also manually power them off by holding the button on each earbud for 5 seconds.

Manual Controls

Connect to a new Bluetooth device: Press and hold the button on both earbuds for 5 seconds.
Reconnect Left & Right: Place both earbuds in the charging case, then take them out.
Reset: With both earbuds in the charging case and the case lid open, press and hold the button on the charging case for more than 10 seconds until the LED flashes blue and red, then flash blue twice.

Charging

Place the earbuds in the charging case. The charging case will charge the earbuds. The LED on the earbuds will indicate charging status.

LED Behaviors

Charging: LED on earbuds shows Red-Orange → Green.
Fully Charged: LED on earbuds turns off.
BT Connecting: LED on earbuds shows Blue.
BT Connected: LED on earbuds shows Blue.
BT Not Connected: LED on earbuds shows Red.
Low Battery: LED on earbuds flashes Red.
