Quick Start Guide

How to Wear

For optimal fit and sound isolation, try the different sizes of eartips (S, M, L) to find the best seal for your ears.

First Time Use

Open the charging case. The earbuds will power on and automatically enter pairing mode.

Steps:

Open the charging case.
Earbuds power on and enter pairing mode.

Power On & Connect

To connect, go to your device's Bluetooth settings and select "JBL WAVE200TWS".

Dual Connect

The JBL Wave 200 TWS supports Dual Connect, allowing you to use either the left or right earbud independently in Mono Mode, or both together in Stereo Mode.

Button Command

Control playback, calls, and voice assistant with taps and holds.

Tap x 1 (?): Play/Pause music, Answer/End call.
Tap x 2 (??): Next track.
Tap x 3 (???): Previous track.
Hold (2s) (✊): Activate Voice Assistant (Siri/Google Assistant/Bixby).

Power Off

Place earbuds in the charging case to power off and charge.

Manual Controls

Connect to a new Bluetooth device: Place both earbuds in the charging case, keep the case open, and press and hold the button on the case for 5 seconds until the LED flashes blue.
Reconnect Left & Right: Place both earbuds in the charging case.
Factory Reset: Place both earbuds in the charging case, keep the case open, and press and hold the button on the case for more than 10 seconds until the LED flashes blue and white.

Charging

Charge earbuds in the case. Use USB-C for the case. 15 min charge = 1 hr playback. Full charge ~2 hrs.

LED Behaviors

The LED indicators provide status information:

Earbuds LED:
- Solid Blue (?): Bluetooth Connected
- Pulsing Blue (?): Bluetooth Connecting
- Off (⚪): Bluetooth Not Connected
- Flashing Blue/White (?⚪): Factory Reset in progress
Charging Case LED (Battery Level):
- Solid Orange (?): Charging
- Solid Green (?): Fully Charged
- Red (?): Low Battery
- Orange (?): Medium Battery
- Green (?): High Battery
