The following products are included in the delivery:

  • Power module
  • AC choke
  • Control unit

Note: In FR9, the AC choke is inside the power module.

Lifting the Power Module

To lift the power module, follow these steps:

  1. Place the lifting hooks symmetrically in at least two holes.
  2. Ensure that the lifting devices can carry the weight of the module.

Installing the Power Module

To install the power module, consider the following measurements:

Ventilation

Steering the Internal Air Flow

To steer the internal airflow, consider the following:

  • Ensure that outgoing air is directed out of the cabinet to avoid mixing with incoming cooling air.

Arranging Ventilation of the Enclosure

To arrange ventilation of the enclosure, follow these guidelines:

  1. Ensure the closure is well-ventilated to keep the temperature below the maximum operating temperature.
  2. Repeated overheating will shorten the lifetime of the converter.
