Danfoss BD350GH 24V

Temperature Sensor 105N9611 for
BD350GH Electronic Unit 24V

Product Information

Specifications

  • Model: ICAD 600A/ICAD 1200A
  • Voltage: 24 Volt DC
  • Maximum Torque: 3 Nm
  • Power Supply: 19 V DC Battery/UPS

Product Usage Instructions

Installation

Ensure all 3 screws are cross-tightened to achieve equal
tightening with a maximum torque of 3 Nm.

Terminal Box Connection

Connect the terminal box following the color codes provided:

  • A – Black
  • B – Brown
  • C – Red
  • D – Orange
  • E – Yellow
  • F – Green
  • G – Blue

Voltage Drop Consideration

Observe the voltage drop between the DC transformer and the ICAD
terminal box. Use the specified cables and transformer to maintain
voltage within the required range based on cable length.

Programming the ICAD

To program the ICAD, follow these steps:

  1. Hold down for 2 seconds to enter programming mode.
  2. Navigate through parameters using the designated keys.
  3. Select the appropriate settings for valve size and input
    signals.
  4. Exit programming mode by holding down for 2 seconds.

FAQ

How do I reset the ICAD to factory settings?

To perform a factory reset, disconnect power, press and hold
specific buttons while reconnecting power, then release the
buttons. The ICAD will start flashing A1 in the display to indicate
a successful reset.
