THIS APPLIANCE MUST BE EARTHED
This appliance has been ERP classified as a portable space heater and should only be used for supplementary, secondary or temporary heating. It should not be considered for primary permanent heating in a room or dwelling.
During the first few minutes of initial use, you may notice a slight odour and a little smoke. This is normal and will quickly disappear, It is the coating applied to the heating elements to prevent any corrosion during transit.

Assembling Your Convector Heater with Turbo & Timer
Before using this heater, the feet must be fitted to the unit.
Attach the feet to the base of the heater using the six self-tapping screws provided, taking care to ensure that they are located correctly in the holes at either end of the base of the appliance:

Operating Instructions
Using in Normal Convector Mode
- Place the heater on a solid, level non-flammable
- Ensure that the Slide Switch on the timer is in the ‘I’
- Ensure that the Mode Switch is in the off ‘0’
- Insert the mains plug into the mains
Selecting the Power Mode
- Rotate the Mode Switch to the ‘I’ position to select the low heat setting (750w).
- For the medium heat setting (1250w) rotate the Mode Switch to the ‘II’
- For the high heat setting (2000w) rotate the Mode Switch to the ‘III’
Using the Thermostat
- Rotate the Thermostat fully clockwise to the maximum position; the Indicator Light will illuminate to show the unit is producing heat.
- Once the room has reached the desired temperature, turn the thermostatanticlockwise until it just clicks off and the Indicator Light goes out. Turn the thermostat back up very slightly. The room temperature will now be maintained. Further adjustment of the Thermostat may be necessary to ‘fine tune’ the temperature setting.
The Indicator Light will go on and off during use to indicate that the set temperature is being maintained, this is quite normal. - Return the Mode Switch to the (O) position to switch off after
Using the Turbo Fan
The Turbo Fan can be used independently of the heating function.
Press the Turbo Switch on the front panel of the heater to operate the Turbo mode, the switch will illuminate to show the Turbo is on.
The Turbo Fan will only operate when the thermostat is turned clockwise and the indicator light is on.
The Turbo Fan can be used when in heating mode (see above) to blow warm air into the room or without heating mode to blow cool air.
Using the Convector Timer
The timer is a 24 hour type and has 96 segments around the outside; each segment is equivalent to 15 minutes in time.
The Timer Slide Switch settings are:
I | (ON) The heater will work normally and is not timed |
(TIMED) The heater is in timer mode | |
O | (OFF) The heater is switched off and will not operate. |

Non-Rewireable Mains Plug
If your appliance is supplied with a non-rewireable plug fitted to the mains lead and should the fuse need replacing, you must use an ASTA approved one (conforming to BS 1362 of the same rating). Never use a plug with the fuse cover missing. If in doubt, consult a qualified electrician.If you need to remove the plug – DISCONNECT FROM THE MAINS – and then cut it off the mains lead and immediately dispose of it safely.
