Carefully open the packaging. Extract the items and verify that all parts are present by checking them against the inventory.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
BRACKET FIXING AND CONTROLLER MOUNTING
Use a switch close to the fan to which you are installing the controller.

- Disassemble the switch and terminate the L and N wires separately.
- Hide the wiring well and place the support bracket with the help of the screws that you will find in the package.
- Next, attach the controller which will be attached with the help of the magnets.
- Remove the cover on the back of the controller to insert two AAA batteries and close the cover.
CONTROLLER CONNECTION TO FAN
- To access the controller of your ceiling fan you must remove the two side screws as shown in the image. Once you access the driver, disconnect all wiring and remove the driver from the fan motor.
- Connect the fan motor wires with the driver motor output wires and the Driver light output wires with the LED motor wires by matching the connections in their correct position.
- Connect the N wire from your home to the N wire of the controller and the L wire from your home to the L wire from the driver.
- If your home has a grounding cable, connect all the grounding cables, both from the fan and from the driver and from the support with the one from your home.
- Once the new driver is installed, mount the fan again. Once assembled correctly connect the electricity to pair your new controller.

PAIR THE CONTROLLER
- To pair your controller to the ceiling fan you must press the mute button
on the controller for 5 seconds. - Once paired you will hear a “beep” to confirm that the pairing has been successful.
In compliance with Directives: 2012/19/EU and 2015/863/EU on the restriction of the use of dangerous substances in electric and electronic equipment as well as their waste disposal. Why is my CREATE 24794 wall controller not beeping or pairing after holding the button for 5 seconds?
If your wall controller is not beeping or pairing after holding the button for 5 seconds, please check the following steps based on the manual:

How do I pair the CREATE 24794 wall controller if my switch box lacks a neutral wire?
Based on the manual for the CREATE 24794 Wall Controller, the device itself is battery-powered (requiring two AAA batteries) and does not require a wired power connection to function as a remote. However, the installation of the Driver (receiver) inside the fan unit is what requires both Neutral (N) and Live (L) wires from your home's electrical supply.
If you are replacing a wall switch that lacks a neutral wire, follow these steps to prepare for pairing:
Note: If your wall box lacks a neutral wire, you cannot power a wired device there, but since this controller is battery-operated, you can simply mount the bracket over the existing box after safely terminating the wires.

Can I use both the remote control and the wall controller to operate the fan, or must I choose only one?
Yes, you can use both the wall controller and the remote control (command) to operate your fan. The system is designed to work with both interfaces once they are properly paired with the fan's receiver (driver).
According to the manual, the installation process involves replacing the original fan driver with the one provided in the kit. Once the new driver is installed and the power is turned on, you must pair the controller to the fan by following these steps:
The "Parts List" on page 16 confirms that both a "Manette" (Wall Controller) and a "Commande" (Remote Control) are included in the package for use with the same driver.

How do I reset or re-pair the wall controller for my CREATE 24794 fan?
To reset the connection or re-pair your CREATE 24794 wall controller with a specific fan, follow these steps:
If you have two fans and one controller is operating both, you may need to turn off the power to the fan you do not want to pair at the circuit breaker while performing these steps for the first fan. This ensures the signal is only captured by the intended unit.

Hey, I have accidentally paired my wall controller with my two ceiling fans. How can I unpair one fan from the wall controller?
How do I unpair a ceiling fan from the CREATE 24794 wall controller?
The manual for the CREATE 24794 Wall Controller does not explicitly provide a separate "unpairing" button sequence. However, pairing is typically managed by the receiver (driver) inside the fan canopy when it first receives power.
To resolve your issue and isolate the fans, follow these steps:
If you need to use a different controller for the second fan, repeat this process by powering on only the second fan and pairing it with its own dedicated remote or wall controller. If the fans are on the same electrical circuit and cannot be powered on independently, you may need to temporarily disconnect the wiring (L/N) at the fan motor of the unit you wish to unpair while you perform the pairing sequence for the other unit.
