USER GUIDE

1. Set-up

Insert a new battery into the COROS Bike Speed Sensor. The LED will illuminate to indicate that it has been activated.

2. Connect Your Speed Sensor

Connect with the COROS app

Turn on Bluetooth on your phone. Download and open the COROS app, select “Profile” -> “Add New Device,” and scan the QR code on the left to connect the COROS Bike Speed Sensor.

Connect with your COROS Bike Computer or COROS watch

Connect the COROS Bike Speed Sensor by navigating to the “System” –> “Accessories” –> “Add Bluetooth” page on your COROS bike computer or COROS watch.

Connect with third-party apps or devices

The COROS Bike Speed Sensor supports connection with other applications or devices that utilize the standard Bluetooth speedometer protocol.

It can be paired with up to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously.

3. Startup And Use

Insert the COROS Bike Speed Sensor into the silicone cover, then mount it on the wheel hub.
To wake up the sensor, rotate the wheel twice.

4. Replace The Battery

  • The LED will stay green when the battery is sufficient and turn orange when it is low.
  • The COROS Bike Speed Sensor operates on a CR2032 button cell battery. To replace it, twist the battery cover counterclockwise to remove it. Wait 30 seconds before inserting a new battery. Then twist the cover clockwise to secure it.

5. Warning

1. Do not ingest battery, Chemical Burn Hazard
2. This product contains a coin button cell battery. If the coin button cell battery is swallowed, it can cause severe internal burns in just 2 hours and can lead to death.
3. Keep new and used batteries away from children. If the battery compartment does not close securely, stop using the product and keep it away from children.

If you think batteries might have been swallowed or placed inside any part of the body, seek immediate medical attention.
a) Remove and immediately recycle or dispose of used batteries according to local regulations and keep away from children. Do NOT dispose of batteries in household trash or incinerate.
b) Even used batteries may cause severe injury or death.
c) Call a local poison control center for treatment information.
d) The compatible battery type CR2032 3V.
e) Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
f) Do not force discharge, recharge, disassemble, heat above (manufacturer’s specified temperature rating) or incinerate. Doing so may result in injury due to venting, leakage or explosion resulting in chemical burns.
a) Ensure the batteries are installed correctly according to polarity (+ and -)
b) Remove and immediately recycle or dispose of batteries from equipment not used for an extended period of time according to local regulations.
c) Always completely secure the battery compartment. If the battery compartment does not close securely, stop using the product, remove the batteries, and keep them away from children.
