Important Requirements
Do not ship more than 80 devices per box – weight must not exceed 30lbs. Do not ship damaged GO Trackers.
Please dispose of the damaged tracker in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Company is solely responsible for ensuring proper shipping, packaging and handling of GO Trackers sent pursuant to the GO GreenSense Program.

This form must be included in each shipment
- Place the completed form inside the provided Copeland-branded FedEx return mailing box along with the Trackers.
- Attach the provided FedEx return label to the outside of the box.
- Seal and ship.

By flling out this Return Form and returning a Tracker, Program. Company agrees to follow the Copeland Return Policy and all other applicable terms and conditions.
