IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS.

This device is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or persons lacking experience or knowledge, unless they have been given prior supervision or instruction concerning use of the device by a person responsible for their safety.

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

Children must not play with the device.
Read carefully, keep and follow all these instructions.

Heed all warnings.
Use only the supplied Compoz wipe for cleaning, especially the Composer touch screen.

Never block the Compositeur air inlet and outlet. Follow the manufacturer’s installation instructions.
Do not install this device near any heat source such as a radiator, heat register, oven, or other apparatus (including amplifiers) that produce heat.

Use only the accessories specified by the manufacturer, including the supplied AC adapter.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision

Refer all servicing to the COMPOZ service department. Servicing is required when the device has been damaged in any way (e.g. the AC adapter or detachable power supply has been damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the device, the Compositeur has been exposed to rain, does not operate normally, or has been dropped).
Unplug this device during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time.

WARNINGS:

Only use the detachable power supply provided by the manufacturer to connect your compositeur to a wall power outlet (use of any other power supply will void your warranty).

The Compositeur is intended for operation in a room temperature range of 5 to 40°C.
The Compositeur is designed for operation in the following voltage range: 100V-240V 50Hz/60Hz.

This device must be installed and used at least 20cm from human body.
Do not use the Compositeur in a bathroom or in humid environments.

The Compositeur is not waterproof; do not place it near water or leave it outside in rainy weather to limit the risk of fire or electric shock.
Protect the device from dripping or splashing. Do not place objects filled with liquids, such as vases, on the Compositeur. As with any electronic product, do not spill liquids on this device. Exposure to liquids may cause malfunction and/or fire.

Never place flammable objects, such as lighted candles, on the unit.
Whether in a horizontal or vertical position, be sure to place the Compositeur only on a solid, flat surface to ensure optimum operating performance.

NOTES:

The legal mentions are located on the Compositeur bottom part.
If the power plug or a multi-plug socket is used to disconnect the device, it must remain easily accessible.
There are no user-serviceable parts inside the device.

This symbol means that the product should not be disposed of with household waste, but taken to an appropriate collection point for recycling. This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications.

However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one of the following measures:

Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the
