Step 3: Activate Your Account

  1. Check your email and click on the activation link provided.
  2. Set your password and click “Save” to complete the activation process.

Step 4: Login

  1. Return to the login page.
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. Click “Login” to access the system.

Compex Ticketing Registration Guide

Introduction 
To enhance the efficiency of handling external technical support requests, Compex has adopted a new External Ticketing System. This SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) outlines the step-by-step process for registering a new account in the system to ensure all users can access support services promptly and securely.

2 Steps 

Step 1 – Access the Login Page

Step 2 – Sign Up for a New Account

  • If you don’t have an account, click “Sign up” to go to the registration page.

Step 3 – Submit Registration Information

  • After filling in the registration information, click “Submit”. An activation link will be sent to your email.

Step 4 – Activate the Account

  • Click the activation link in the email. Set your password and click “Save” to complete the activation. The system will then redirect to the login page.

Step 5 – Log In

  • On the login page, enter your email and password, then click “Login” to access the system

FAQs

Q: Can I change my registered email address later?
A: For security reasons, the registered email address cannot be changed once the account is created. Please ensure you use an email address that you will have continued access to.
