Introduction
To enhance the efficiency of handling external technical support requests, Compex has adopted a new External Ticketing System. This SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) outlines the step-by-step process for registering a new account in the system to ensure all users can access support services promptly and securely.
Steps to Register

Step 1: Access the Login Page
Copy the following link into your browser to open the login page:

The login page displays fields for 'Mail address', 'Password', and a 'Captcha' verification. It also has buttons for 'Sign up' and 'Login'.

Step 2: Sign Up for a New Account
If you do not have an account, click the "Sign up" button to navigate to the registration page.
The registration page displays fields for 'Mail Address', 'User Name', 'Company Name', 'Mobile Number', and a 'Captcha' verification. It also includes a 'Submit' button and a link for existing users to 'Sign in'.

Step 3: Submit Registration Information
After filling in all the required registration information, click the "Submit" button. An activation link will be sent to your registered email address.

Step 4: Activate the Account
Click the activation link provided in the email. You will be prompted to set your password. After setting your password, click "Save" to complete the activation. The system will then redirect you to the login page.

Step 5: Log In to the System
On the login page, enter your registered email address and password, then click the "Login" button to access the system.
