DOWNLOAD SMART APP
- Download and Install the CleanSpace Smart App onto your mobile device.
- Refer to the CleanSpace SMART App Quick Start Supplement
- Follow the steps below to update CST respirator firmware
PAIR CST RESPIRATOR
Important: Confirm Bluetooth is turned ON in mobile device settings.
- On main page select PAIR UNIT (UNIT PAIRING for iOS).
- Switch the CST respirator to STANDBY mode by pressing the ‘ON’ button once.
- All CST respirators within Bluetooth range and in STANDBY mode will be displayed on the screen in order of signal strength.
- Select the CST respirator that requires pairing.
- When paired the CST respirator will beep twice and the SET UP & CHECK page will automatically display.
Note: Donning is not required to select ‘Dashboard’ for updating firmware.
UPDATING CST FIRMWARE
- When paired, the DASHBOARD will display the CST respirator firmware version number in the Connection Status box. For the latest CST respirator firmware version number refer to the CleanSpace website troubleshooting section.
- Select FILTER INFORMATION (Android) or Filter Change (iOS), located at the bottom of the DASHBOARD page.
- A ‘FIRMWARE UPDATE’ message will automatically display after a few seconds if the firmware requires updating. If no message appears then the firmware is already up-to-date.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to update CST respirator firmware and remain on this page until the firmware update is complete.
- Continue to follow the on-screen instructions to enable (activate) the updated firmware on the CST respirator.
- The firmware will now display the updated version number on the DASHBOARD (Android) / Filter Change (iOS) page.
- Connection Status displays the current Firmware version of the paired respirator.
- Firmware Update Notification will automatically appear on Filter Information page when an update is required.
- When the green bar indicates the firmware is updated, follow the 3 step process to complete the firmware update.
- Connection Status displays the updated Firmware version of the paired respirator.
