Installation Guide

SD Card Installation

Use a U3-class microSD card to ensure stable video recording. Otherwise, video stuttering or data loss may occur.

After installing the microSD card, firmly press the waterproof plug until it is flush with the body. Failure to do so may compromise waterproofing.

Device Mounting
Select the appropriate reducer ring size based on the handlebar diameter. For 32mm handlebars, use a PVC gasket to prevent scratches

Insert the main wiring harness into the main unit and securely tighten the screws

Connect the power cable
- When the motorcycle ignition switch is OFF, the voltage is 0V. When the switch is ON, the voltage ranges from 11V to 14.4V, which indicates the ACC power status

  3. Connect the red wire to the vehicle battery’s positive terminal.
  4. Connect the black wire to the vehicle battery’s negative terminal.
  5. Connect the yellow wire to the vehicle’s ACC terminal.

CarPlay

Use your iOS device to search for and connect to CHIGEE-XXXX via Bluetooth.
Wait for the CarPlay pop-up window on your phone, authorize the connection, and tap to use.

CHIGEE-XXXX le is the message notification channel. After connecting, you can receive message pop-ups.

Android Auto

Pair your Android device with CHIGEE-XXXX via Bluetooth.
Ensure app is up to date.
- Do not connect to CHIGEE-XXXX le. It is for iOS notifications only.

HiCar

Enable Bluetooth on your Huawei phone and place it near this device.

Follow the on-screen instructions to enter the PIN code. (After the initial setup, the device will automatically connect whenever Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.)
- This feature requires a Huawei or Honor phone with Hicar Smart Drive. Do not connect to CHIGEE-XXXX le. It is for iOS notifications only.

Carlife

CHIGEE GO APP
Scan the QR code to download the CHIGEE GO APP, follow the instructions, and bind the device to use video downloads, etc.

If an unexpected power failure or other issues cause the firmware update to fail and the device cannot power on, contact customer service to obtain the SD card upgrade file

The beta firmware version is now available for download. Users can install it to test new features and optimizations

Firmware Upgrade

The AIO-6 will periodically perform system upgrades to introduce new product features. Follow the instructions below to upgrade the firmware. (Before upgrading, insert an SD card and format it in the device.)

Go to 【Settings】-【System Update】 and tap ‘Check for Updates’.
If a new firmware version is available, tap ‘Update Now’ to download it. The device will restart automatically once the download is complete. Ensure the device remains powered on during the process.

CG Quick-Release Kit
The quick-release structure provides excellent installation flexibility and anti-theft protection. It is compatible with fork stem mounts and crossbar mounts, making it suitable for various vehicle types and riding needs.

CGRC-CAN Module
Enables the BMW Wonder Wheel to control the vehicle’s infotainment system for various functions.

1080P 60fps Camera
Supports driving recording, BSD blind spot detection

BMW Quick-Release Module
With this optional module, you can directly mount it onto the BMW original bracket, enabling BMW Wonder Wheel control and vehicle data reading.
