Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.

  • How do I pair my VIMAI wireless microphone?

Take the TX (transmitter) and RX (receiver) out of the charging case. The TX will automatically power on and flash alternately red and blue. Connect the RX to your mobile phone. The TX and RX will automatically pair, indicated by a solid green light on the transmitter.

  • How do I factory reset my VIMAI TWS earphones?

Place the earphones into the charging case with the lid open. Press and hold the charging case button for 8 seconds. The case's green light will flash 3 times, and the earphones' red light will flash 3 times, indicating a successful reset.

  • What do the lights on my VIMAI microphone mean?

Typically, a solid green light indicates High-Fidelity/paired mode. Alternate red and blue flashing means the device is in pairing mode. A flashing red light indicates a low battery, and a solid red light means the microphone is muted or actively charging.

  • Does my phone need OTG for the VIMAI receiver to work?

Yes, for some Android phones, you must manually enable the OTG (On-The-Go) function in your phone's settings before the RX receiver can successfully connect and pick up audio.
