U.S. models come with a pre-installed SIM. You can activate your service plan by visiting activate.myticktalk.com or by following the instructions in the TickTalk Parent App.
Ensure your watch is powered on and connected to the cellular network. Go to the watch settings, select 'PAIR ME' to display a QR code, and scan it using the 'PAIR MY TICKTALK' option in the Parent App.
Ensure that the 4 metal pins on the charging cord are fully aligned and touching the charging contacts on the back of the watch. Try cleaning the contacts gently if issues persist.
The Admin User can add up to 53 pre-approved contacts via the Parent Portal. Only these approved contacts can communicate with the child.
