Roomba is the world-renowned line of robotic vacuum cleaners and mops by iRobot, designed to automate home floor care with advanced navigation and smart cleaning features.
Roomba, manufactured by iRobot, is a pioneer in the field of domestic robotics, offering a wide range of autonomous vacuum cleaners and extensive floor-care solutions. Since its introduction, the Roomba line has evolved to include sophisticated models equipped with ClearView™ LiDAR mapping, PrecisionVision AI for obstacle avoidance, and proprietary 3-stage cleaning systems that agitate, brush, and suction dirt from various floor types.
Modern Roomba robots, such as the Combo series, integrate vacuuming and mopping capabilities, often paired with AutoWash™ or AutoEmpty™ docks for a truly hands-free experience. These stations automatically empty the robot's bin, refill water tanks, and even wash and dry mop pads. Controlled via the iRobot Home App, Roomba devices allow users to schedule cleanings, target specific rooms, and customize cleaning preferences, ensuring a consistently clean home with minimal effort.

Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.
To perform a factory reset on many models, place the robot on the dock and hold the designated button(s) (often the Home button or a combination of Home and Spot Clean) for about 10 seconds until the indicators flash or a tone plays. Consult your specific model's manual for exact button combinations.
Ensure the Home Base is plugged in and placed on a hard, level surface with at least 1.5 to 5 feet of clearance around it. Avoid placing the dock near stairs or in direct sunlight, which can interfere with the infrared sensors.
For optimal performance, clean the filter once a week (or twice if you have pets) and replace it every 2–3 months. Brushes should be cleaned every 2–4 weeks to remove hair and debris.
Only use water or iRobot-approved cleaning solutions in the tank. Do not use bleach, detergents, or unauthorized chemicals as they may damage the robot's internal components and void the warranty.
A flashing red light typically indicates a low battery, an error, or that the bin is full. Check the iRobot Home App for specific error codes or voice prompts to troubleshoot the issue.
