Pulent support FAQ
Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.
-
What software should I use to slice models for a Pulent printer?
You can use Pulent's self-developed Easyware software provided on the included TF card, which requires no installation. For more advanced settings, you can also set up the CURA slicer by following the video instructions provided with your machine.
-
How do I correctly level the bed on my Pulent 3D printer?
Place a piece of paper on the build plate. Use the automatic leveling positioning buttons to move the print head to each of the four corners. Adjust the leveling nut under each corner until there is slight friction when pulling the paper (approximately 0.1mm gap).
-
What types of filament are compatible with the Pulent K10?
The Pulent K10 supports 1.75mm diameter filaments such as PLA and TPU.
-
How do I load filament into the Pulent extruder?
Straighten the first 2cm of the filament and insert it into the guide tube. Press the "FEED" button on the printer. As the nozzle heats up, apply slight pressure to the filament so the turning gear grips it. It is ready when you see a uniform flow of filament coming out of the nozzle.
-
What file format does my Pulent 3D printer read?
Pulent 3D printers read G-code format. You must slice your STL 3D models into G-code format using Easyware or CURA. Save the file to the TF card using only English letters or numbers for the filename, as special characters may not register.
