Power House support FAQ

Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.

  • How do I charge my Power House headphones?

Plug the small connector of the charging cable into the charging port on the earcup and the large connector into a USB power source. The LED indicator turns RED during charging and turns OFF when fully charged.

  • What is the continuous output rating for the Power House Storm Chaser?

The Storm Chaser has a maximum continuous output of 3000W, or 25A at 120VAC. For consistent continuous operation, a maximum load of 2100W (or 70% capacity) is recommended to prevent overheating and ensure longevity.

  • Where can I find replacement fuses for my Power House inverter?

Replacing the internal fuses requires disassembly of the Storm Chaser. We recommend consulting the factory or an authorized technician before proceeding. You can call Power House support at (844) 909-9095 for proper instructions.

  • How do I use Active Noise Control (ANC) on Power House headphones?

Press the [ANC] button to turn on Active Noise Control. The LED indicator will light up bright green. You can use ANC while listening to audio or use ANC by itself to reduce background noise. Press the [ANC] button again to turn it off.
