Connect the router to your modem, plug it in, and connect your computer to the router's network. Open a web browser and enter the default default IP address (usually found on the bottom label) to access the simple web UI and follow the setup wizard.
If you forget your wireless password, you will need to access the router's web management interface via a wired Ethernet connection to view or change it. If you cannot access the interface, you may need to reset the router to its factory default settings.
While the router is powered on, press and hold the RESET button on the back panel for about 8 to 10 seconds, then release it. The router will reboot and restore the default factory configuration.
