Download the Mobiflow app, click Search location, select your charging point and connection type on the map, choose your payment method, and click Pay. The session will appear under the Active tab until you stop it.
Split Billing is a service for employees who charge their electric company cars at home. It uses a connected energy meter to separate EV charging costs from general household electricity, automatically generating a payment request to reimburse the employee based on the employer's tariff.
Log into your company account at my.mobiflow.be/sp/customer. Navigate to Charging Points > Split billing > Overview, select the breadcrumb icon, choose Change reimbursement policy, modify the rate, and click Confirm.
Log in and go to Personal Settings > Security. Choose either an Authenticator app (scan the QR code and enter the generated code) or Security keys (Passkey or two-factor password integration), and save your recovery codes in a safe place.
