Maisto TECH support FAQ
Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.
-
How do I pair my Maisto TECH controller with the vehicle?
Switch the power to the ON position for both the controller and the vehicle. The Power LED on both units will flash for a few seconds to indicate frequency matching. Once the LEDs stay solid, the pairing is complete. If they continue flashing for more than 3 seconds, turn both units off and try again.
-
What should I do if my RC vehicle does not drive straight?
Locate the wheel alignment adjustment mechanism (usually a dial or lever) under the chassis of the vehicle. Turn it slightly left or right until the vehicle travels in a straight line when driving forward.
-
How do I know when the battery is fully charged?
When using the provided USB charging cable, an LED indicator typically lights up (often red or green depending on the model) during charging and turns off or changes color once charging is complete. Always refer to your specific model's manual for exact light indicators.
-
Why is my vehicle driving slowly?
Slow movement or poor turning response usually indicates a low battery level. Recharge the vehicle's battery pack or replace the batteries in the transmitter if control distance is affected.
