If DNS fails, use the device IP
Open the matching IP above. For a configured router, check the Router or Default Gateway entry in your connected device’s network details. For an extender, check the main router’s connected-device or DHCP list.

Login and address questions
Why does the login hostname not open?
The setup hostname is intended for a device’s local network. Connect to that device and enter the full address in the browser’s address bar. If hostname lookup fails, use the numeric IP documented for your exact model.
What if the default IP address does not work?
Check the current Router or Default Gateway in your network details for a router. For a configured extender, look up the extender in the main router’s connected-device or DHCP list. Compare the address with your model’s manual.
Which password belongs on the login page?
Use the device’s local administrator credentials or the sign-in method specified in its manual. The administrator password can differ from the Wi-Fi password or a cloud account password.
Are the tagged and categorized manuals still available?
The original archive listings remain below the login guidance, including their existing document sources and page links. Use Browse all manuals and documents to jump to the collection.
