Ensure your camera, smartphone, and router are close together. Double-check that you entered the correct Wi-Fi name and password in the JARNEX App to pair. If it fails, hold the reset button for 10 seconds and retry.
You can view footage via local storage by inserting a MicroSD card into the camera, or via Cloud Storage by subscribing to the JARNEX cloud service. Both can be accessed directly in the JARNEX App.
Press and hold the reset button on your camera for 10 seconds to reset the device. Wait for the indicator light to flash, then try the pairing process again via the app.
