IPONG support FAQ
Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.
-
My IPONG robot is jammed. How do I fix it?
Unplug the unit and manually remove the jammed ball. To prevent jams, ensure you are using 40mm balls and that the agitator gap is not aligned with the entry hole when the unit is stopped. Avoid overloading the feeder with more than 100 balls.
-
Why are the balls shooting out at inconsistent speeds?
Inconsistent shots may be caused by a loose power connection. Check that the A/C adapter is plugged in all the way. Also, ensure the wheels are clean and free of dust or hair.
-
How do I maintain my IPONG robot?
Clean the rubber wheels frequently using a cloth dampened with water or alcohol to remove dust and improve grip. Check the motor under the agitator for hair or debris periodically.
-
Why won't the IPONG turn on?
Verify that the A/C adapter is securely connected. If the core engine or agitator is not moving, unplug the unit and check for obstructions blocking the motor or wheels.
-
The balls are shooting off the end of the table. What should I do?
Try moving the IPONG further back on the table. You can also decrease the Backspin setting or increase the Topspin setting incrementally until the balls land on the table.
