It is recommended to check and replace your HRV system filter every 2 years to ensure optimal performance and air quality. Some models may suggest a check every 6 months depending on usage.

What do the ventilation levels on the keypad mean?
Ventilation levels allow you to adjust airflow based on the season. Levels 1-3 are generally used for spring, summer, and autumn. Higher levels (3-6) are recommended for winter to help clear condensation when the roof cavity temperature is cooler.

What is Burnt Toast mode?
Burnt Toast mode overrides the system to run the fan at 100% speed for one hour. This is useful for quickly clearing odors, smoke, or excessive condensation.

Why is my Filter Replacement light on?
This icon illuminates based on a timer to remind you that the system is due for a filter change or service, typically every 24 months. Once the filter is changed, the indicator can be reset via the keypad menu.
