Press and hold the 'Sync' or 'Tune' button on the doorbell chime until it prompts a 'beep-beep'. Then press the doorbell button within 10 seconds. The chime will beep again to indicate successful syncing.
Check that the batteries are fresh and installed correctly. Ensure the chime and button are synced and that their communication codes (100M or 12E) match. Additionally, avoid mounting components on metal surfaces, which can reduce the wireless transmission range.
Press the silicone button on the back for 3 seconds. The indicator light will flash slowly for 3 seconds to indicate the 100M code, or quickly once for the 12E code. Repeat the process to toggle between codes.
When first turned on, the motion sensor requires a 1.5-minute calibration period before it will actively begin detecting motion.
