Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.

  • How do I clean the pre-filter on my Hatari Air Cooler?

Use a screwdriver to loosen the screws holding the grille, remove the grille, and lift the pre-filter out. Wash it with clean or soapy water every 1-2 months and let it dry before reassembling.

  • Why does the FILL WATER warning light turn on?

  • Can I use essential oils or other liquids in the Hatari water tank?

No, you should only use clean water to fill the tank. Do not use any other liquids, and clean the tank regularly to prevent bacteria buildup.

  • How does the DRYING function work on Hatari air coolers?

When switched off while the COOL function is active, the fan will continue to run for 60 seconds to dry out residual moisture from the cooling pad before shutting off completely.

  • How is the timer set on Hatari fans?

Press the TIMER button to cycle through duration settings (1, 2, 4, 8 hours). Set it while on to turn off automatically, or set it while off (but plugged in) to turn on automatically.
