Is the evaporative cooler an air conditioner?
Our line of evaporative coolers are not air conditioners, however we do offer a line of portable air conditioners and dual-use air conditioner/heater units.

Can I adjust the temperature on the evaporative cooler?
No, the temperature cannot be adjusted. The display is only reflecting the temperature of the air emitted from the unit.

Why is my Cool-A-Zone unit beeping?
The beeping sound may signal that your fan has run out of water and the Water Tank needs to be refilled.

Can I use the cooler indoors without making the room humid?
Yes, indoor use is possible, but it is crucial to maintain good ventilation. This can be achieved by opening windows or running an air conditioner to prevent excessive humidity buildup.

Why is my portable unit spitting water?
Your unit may not be on level ground or your Honeycomb Cooling Pad needs to be turned around. Also check the water pipe at the top of the Honeycomb Cooling Pad and reattach or tighten as necessary.
