Ensure the headset is off. Press and hold the multi-function button for about 4 to 5 seconds until the LED flashes blue and red, indicating it is in pairing mode. On your phone, open the Bluetooth menu, search for new devices, and select your headset model. If prompted for a PIN, enter '0000'.
To reset your headset, power it on. While it is in unconnected standby mode, press and hold the multi-function button and simultaneously plug the headset into a power supply. Note that this reset operation may not clear the headset's pairing list depending on the model.
First, pair the headset with the first device. Once paired, turn off Bluetooth on that first device so the headset re-enters pairing mode. Next, pair the headset with your second device. Finally, turn Bluetooth back on for the first device and reconnect to the headset from its device list.
