Binize support FAQ
Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.
-
How do I connect the wireless CarPlay or Android Auto on my Binize AI Box?
Turn on Bluetooth and WiFi on your phone. Click the AutoKit, SpeedPlay, or ZLINK5 icon on your car screen, search for your device's paired Bluetooth name (e.g., 'ApplePie' or 'AI BOX'), and click to pair.
-
Why is my Binize AI Box not recognizing the SIM card?
Ensure the device is turned off before inserting or removing the SIM card. Insert the SIM with the metal contacts facing down and the notched end inward. Boot up the device only after the card is seated.
-
How do I update the firmware on my Binize T-Box?
Format a micro SD card to FAT32 and copy the update package to the root directory. Insert the SD card into the T-Box while it's connected to power, wait for the update prompt, and do not unplug the device during the 5-10 minute upgrade process.
-
Why is the Binize AI Box taking a long time to boot up?
Initial connection may require a brief calibration period to detect the original car system. Loading times are also influenced by your car's head unit configuration and USB cable length. Normal entry should take about 30 seconds.
-
How can I restore my Binize AI Box to factory settings?
Go to Settings -> System -> Advanced -> Reset Options, and select 'Erase all data (factory reset)'. Note that after a factory reset, the device must re-adapt to your car, which will result in a longer wait time.
