Their products cater to both casual riders and daily commuters, ensuring safe, stylish, and convenient storage on the go.

• How do I mount the Basil MIK Adapter Plate?

Place the MIK adapter plate underneath the bag or basket, then tighten the included screws and covers (or metal washers for crates) to secure it. Once attached, it clicks easily into a MIK carrier plate.

• What should I do if I lose the key to my Basil MIK Carrier Plate lock?

If you lose your spare key, you can order a replacement at Mikclickgo.com using the code found at the top of the key or on the lock itself.

• Are Basil bags waterproof?

Many models, such as the Basil SoHo Roll top, are waterproof when closed properly. Close the zipper and fold the roll top backwards at least two times, then secure the press buttons and buckle.

• Do the lights on the Basil SoHo Nordlicht backpack replace standard bike lights?

No. The Nordlicht Technology is intended as additional lighting and should not replace legally required bicycle lights.

• What voids the warranty on Basil cycling accessories?

The warranty becomes void if modifications are made to the product by the owner or if the product is not assembled and used according to the supplied instructions.
