AWE support FAQ

Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.

  • What is the break-in period for AWE exhaust systems?

The exhaust volume and sound will settle with usage; approximately 800-1000 miles are required to fully break in new exhaust systems.

  • How do I clean my AWE exhaust tips?

Periodic cleaning is necessary to maintain the finish. Use a mild soap and water solution or car wax. Avoid abrasive polishes as they can scratch the finish.

  • Why is there water dripping from my AWE resonator?

AWE 180 Technology® resonators feature a small drain hole to allow condensation to escape. Water drops from this area are normal operation.

  • Where can I find fitment information?

Up-to-date fitment and compatibility information is available on the specific product pages at AWE-Tuning.com.

  • What should I do if parts are missing from my kit?

Double-check the parts list in your installation guide. If items are missing, contact AWE or your place of purchase immediately using the official contact form.
