Safe  Instruction

1. While using this product, please follow the basic precautions below:
   • Please use this product at -10℃ to 50℃ and charge it at 0℃ to 45℃.
   • Never expose this product to water, rain, liquid, snow, etc.
   • If the voltage of the power supply or charger used is not 5V, fire or personal injury may occur.
   • Do not use this product if damaged or modified.
   • Do not disassemble or squeeze this product or keep it in fire or at high temperatures. Exposure of this product to fire or high temperatures above 100°C will cause an explosion.
   • Maintenance must be performed by competent maintenance personnel with the same spare parts.
2. Never modify this product without authorization.
3. It is recommended to shut down this product and keep it in the supplied bag if it is not in use.
4. Use this product with the approval of relevant authorities and the power supply (e.g. UL, CSA, VDE and CCC) conforming to local regulatory requirements.
5. In case of overheat, shut down this product and contact our customer service center.
6. If you are under the age of 18, please read this document together with your legal guardian, and follow the precautions for use by minors.

Basic Daily Maintenance

In order to ensure the normal operation of this product and extend its service life, please carry out cleaning and maintenance regularly.

1. Do not wash this product with water. Wipe dirt (if any) on the headband with dry soft cotton cloth. If there is still dirt, soak cloth in water, wring it and wipe this product. Then wipe it with dry cloth.
2. In the event of any defects (e.g. damage) found in daily inspection, please contact the Customer Service Center of BrainCo for repair.
3. Keep this product clean and dry. Do not dry this product with external heating devices such as hair dryers or microwave ovens.
4. Do not use this product in contact with dark clothing in order to avoid staining.
5. Prior to cleaning and maintenance, please shut down this product and disconnect all cables from other devices.
6. While you are wearing this product, please keep it dry, breathable and in proper contact with the skin. In case of any discomfort in long-time use, please take off this product and have a rest. If you still feel uncomfortable, it is recommended to stop using this product. Instead, consult a doctor in time.

Precautions

1. Do not wipe this product and its accessories with liquids such as volatile oil, thinner or gasoline.
2. Do not store and use this product in direct sunlight or in hot, wet and dusty places or where there is a lot of vapor or corrosive gas.
3. Do not keep this product and its accessories at too high or low temperatures. Otherwise, failure, fire or explosion may occur.
4. Do not expose this product and its accessories to intense impact, vibration, scratching, hard or sharp objects and the like, in order to avoid failure arising from damage to this product and its accessories.
5. Do not clean this product or its accessories with virulent chemicals, cleaning agents or potent detergents. Please wipe them with clean and dry soft cloth.
6. Do not expose this product to any magnetic cards (such as bank cards and phone cards) for a long time. Otherwise, magnetic cards may be damaged by magnetic fields.
7. Do not disassemble or modify this product and its accessories without authorization, otherwise, our warranty for this product and its accessories will be invalid. Please contact the Customer Service Center of BrainCo in case of failure.
   • If this product is broken as a result of collision against hard objects or external violent impact, it is forbidden to touch or attempt to remove the broken part. Please shut down this product immediately and contact the Customer Service Center of BrainCo in time.
   • Do not use this product where it is expressly prohibited to use wireless devices. Otherwise, interference may be caused to other electronic devices or there may be other hazards. This product is not a medical device. All health data and recommendations provided are for reference only and must not be used as a basis for diagnosis and treatment. Considering physical differences, please stop using this product in case of any skin discomfort, and seek medical advice immediately in serious cases.
   • Those suffering from severe mental disorders (e.g. severe schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, PTSD, anxiety or depression) must not use this product without evaluation and guidance by a physician. Those who were once diagnosed with a psychiatric disorder but are in a stable phase shall keep close contact with their therapist.

Lithium battery

WARNING：
This appliance contains a rechargeable lithium battery, and the scrapped battery is harmful to the environment, please follow the following tips before discarding the appliance:

• The battery must be removed from the appliance before discarding it;
• When removing the battery, the appliance must be disconnected from the power supply;

Limitation of Liability

1. In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of users, please read the Quick Use Guide and Safety Guide carefully before using this product. BrainCo reserves the right to update these documents.
2. Once you use this product, it is deemed that you have read, understood and accepted all terms and contents of the Safety Guide. Users shall undertake the responsibility for all your actions and consequences arising therefrom. Users shall also promise to use this product for proper purposes only and agree with all terms herein and other related policies or criteria that may be developed by BrainCo.
3. While using this product, please strictly follow and implement the requirements in the Safety Guide, but without limitation. In the event of any personal injuries, accidents, property losses, legal disputes and other adverse events causing conflicts of interest due to violations of the Safety Guide or force majeure, users shall bear the responsibilities and losses arising therefrom, and BrainCo shall not assume any liability.
4. BrainCo shall not assume any liability for direct or indirect violations of legal provisions during the use of this product.
5. Other exemptions stipulated in the laws and regulations.

1. This product is entitled to three guarantees (for repair, replacement or compensation of faulty product). If there is any discrepancy between the service terms and the provisions of three guarantees, the provisions of three guarantees and the contents in the certificate of three guarantees shall prevail. 2. The warranty applies to the host only. Accessories such as the soft headband and power cord are not covered by warranty.
