Safety Shut Off/Internal Error | Turn machine off> Remove from docking station and keep turned off for 10 minutes > Attempt to turn machine back on > If issue persists, Contact Us |

Fan Error | Turn machine off for 10 minutes > Attempt to turn machine back on > If issue persists, Contact Us |
| Dirty Water Tank Full indicator blinks 4 times, then turns solid |  |
Dirty Water Tank is full/Dirty Water Tank is not seated properly | Go to Cleaning Dirty Water Tank |
| Clean Water Tank indicator blinks then turns solid and brush roll window blinks blue 4 times then turns solid white |  |
Clean Water Tank is empty/not seated properly | Remove Clean Water Tank > Fill with water and BISSELL formula > Reseat tank, pressing it firmly into place until it clicks |
| Brush Roll Window is blinking blue and triangle error light is blinking |  |
Pump Error | Turn machine off for 10 minutes > Attempt to turn machine back on > If issue persits, Contact Us |
| Brush roll window is blinking white and blue |   |
Brush Window not Attached | Remove and reinstall brush window > hook the two hooks in front and rotate back until it clicks into place |
