Assembly Steps
- Step 1: Align the left/right side panels and the middle panel.

Assembly Steps
- Step 1
Align the left/right side panels and the middle panel. - Step 2
Place the fixing pieces under the panel and assemble in the order shown in the diagram.(44 pcs M4*6)

- Step 3
Install the assembled panel to base component with 12pcs M5*6 screws.
Note: The panel must be placed horizontally to expose the four screws in the center of the base.
- Step 4
If there is any movement between the panel and the base, adjust the position shown in the diagram with an open-end wrench.

Step 5
Instructions for fastening components
- If you are engraving objects with a width of 340mm-370mm, directly use the fastening components. Slide the parts into the conveyor, and insert the screws in the direction shown in the diagram to install the other fastening components.

- If the objects being carved are narrower than 340mm, unscrew the knurled screws on the fastening components and replace them with M4*50 knurled screws, and also install the fixing pieces.
Used in combination
The R7 conveyor feeder must be used in combination with the H3 riser.

- Remove the side plates from riser first.
- Align conveyor with riser.(Ensure alignment with the guide labels)

- Assembly of conveyor feeder with riser finished.
- Push the X-axis of the Hurricane to the top and rotate the Z-axis air nozzle to the highest position.

- Take out working plate.
- Pull out the drawer tray

- Insert the 6 support feet of the AtomStack Hurricane into the 6 holes in the riser to complete the installation.
Please ensure safety during the assembling process.

Wiring

The cable goes through inside of Hurricane under R7, not outside of K60
Software settings
LightBurn Y-axis maximum travel value modification steps
- Run the LightBurn, get a com port connected, “Ready”displayed at the bar marked by number 2 indicates connection succeed.

- Go to Machine Settings under Edit menu.

- Expand output, modify the value of Y Steps per mm($101) to 100 and that of Y max travel(mm)($131) to 800, click Write then OK to save the modification.
Note: When the conveyor is not used, please restore Y Steps per mm($101) and Y Max travel($131) to the default values, i.e. 133.33 and 300. - Enter ” $drawer_alarm/enable=Off” in command input bar of console and execute it,disable the limit switches of the drawer tray accordingly
