1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing the Aoxun 12'x10' Outdoor Gazebo. This manual provides essential information for the safe assembly, operation, and maintenance of your gazebo. Please read these instructions carefully before beginning assembly and retain them for future reference.
This gazebo is designed to provide a comfortable and protected outdoor space, featuring a robust frame, a ventilated double roof, and full-perimeter mosquito netting with privacy curtains. It is suitable for various outdoor settings such as patios, gardens, and backyards.
2. Safety Information
- Secure Installation: Always ensure the gazebo is securely anchored to the ground using the provided expansion bolts, ground stakes, and wind ropes. Failure to do so may result in instability and potential damage or injury, especially in windy conditions.
- Weather Precautions: While designed to withstand Level 7 winds and support up to 250 lbs, it is recommended to disassemble the canopy and curtains during extreme weather conditions such as heavy storms, strong winds, or significant snowfall to prevent damage.
- Clearance: Ensure adequate clearance around the gazebo for safe use and to prevent obstruction of exits.
- Fire Safety: Keep all heat sources and open flames away from the gazebo fabric. The fabric is not fireproof.
- Assembly: Assembly should be performed by at least two adults. Follow all steps precisely to ensure structural integrity.
3. Parts List

- Unpack and Identify: Lay out all parts and compare them with the parts list to ensure everything is present.
- Assemble the Base Frame: Connect the leg posts and horizontal beams to form the base structure.
- Construct the Roof Frame: Assemble the upper roof frame components.
- Attach Canopy Fabric: Carefully place and secure the main canopy fabric and the smaller upper vent canopy onto the roof frame. Ensure the fabric is taut and properly aligned.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning the Canopy: Clean the canopy fabric with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the PU coating and UV protection. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storage.
- Cleaning the Frame: Wipe the powder-coated steel frame with a damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, use mild soap and water. Ensure the frame is dry to prevent rust.
- Water Drainage: Regularly check the 8 dedicated leakage holes on the top canopy to ensure they are clear of debris to prevent water accumulation.
- Seasonal Care: For prolonged product life, especially in regions with harsh winters or extreme weather, it is recommended to remove the canopy and curtains and store them in a dry, protected area.
- Hardware Check: Periodically inspect all bolts, screws, and anchoring points to ensure they are tight and secure.

7. Troubleshooting
- Gazebo feels unstable: Ensure all frame connections are tight and the gazebo is properly anchored to the ground using all provided stakes, bolts, and wind ropes. Check for level ground.
- Water pooling on the canopy: Verify that the canopy fabric is installed tautly and correctly, allowing water to drain towards the leakage holes. Clear any debris from the drainage holes.
- Insects entering despite netting: Ensure all zippers and Velcro seals on the mosquito netting are fully closed and properly aligned. Check for any tears or gaps in the netting.
- Difficulty with curtain/netting movement: Check the tracks or rings for obstructions. Ensure the fabric is not snagged.
