The Waterdrop K19-HG countertop reverse osmosis (RO) water filter system is designed for easy setup without requiring any installation. Simply plug it into an electrical outlet to begin using it.
Unpacking and Placement
- Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Place the system on a stable, flat surface, such as a kitchen counter or office desk. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for ventilation and access to the water tank.
- The power cable length is 180 cm. Position the unit within reach of a standard electrical outlet.

Initial Use
- Fill the water tank with tap water.
- Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
- The system will perform an initial flush. Follow the on-screen instructions if prompted.
2. Operating Instructions
The K19-HG combines water purification with instant heating, offering purified and temperature-controlled water on demand.
Water Purification and Heating
- The system utilizes a 7-stage deep filtration process, including an RO membrane, carbon block, and PP cotton, to reduce TDS, chromium, PFAS, fluoride, arsenic, heavy metals, and other harmful substances.
- Innovative V-heating technology delivers hot water in approximately 1 second, preventing re-boiling and limescale buildup.
- The system also adds beneficial minerals such as K, Ca, Na, and Mg to the purified water. Note that the electronic display does not show the mineral value.

Temperature and Volume Selection
The K19-HG offers 4 temperature modes, adjustable in 5℃ increments from 45℃ to 95℃, to suit various needs. Customizable dispensing volumes are also available.
- Temperature Range: 45℃ to 95℃ (e.g., 45℃ for baby formula, 85℃ for coffee, 95℃ for tea).
- Dispensing Volumes: Common preset volumes include 150ml (espresso cup), 250ml (standard cup), 350ml (glass cup), 500ml (coffee cup), and 750ml (travel mug).

- The intelligent screen provides real-time information and reminds you when to replace the filter cartridge.

3. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your Waterdrop K19-HG system.
Filter Replacement
The system features an extractable design for easy filter cartridge replacement. The smart screen will indicate when a filter change is needed.
- Turn off and unplug the unit before replacing the filter.
- Locate the filter cartridge compartment.
- Twist and pull out the old filter cartridge.
- Insert the new filter cartridge and twist to secure it.
- Plug in the unit and follow any on-screen prompts to reset the filter life indicator.

Cleaning the Water Tank
Regularly clean the water tank to prevent buildup and maintain water quality.
- Unplug the unit and remove the water tank.
- Empty any remaining water.
- Wash the tank with mild soap and warm water. Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue.
- Refill with fresh tap water and place it back into the unit.
