Operating Instructions

Initial Power-On and Basic Setup

After successful installation, turn on your vehicle's ignition. The S8L will power on automatically. Follow the on-screen prompts for initial setup, including language selection and time zone.

Connectivity

Wireless CarPlay & Android Auto

Connect your smartphone wirelessly for access to navigation, music, calls, and voice commands. Wired Android Auto is also supported. MirrorLink allows mirroring your smartphone screen.

Built-in 4G LTE

Insert a compatible SIM card into the designated slot to enable independent 4G LTE internet access. This allows the head unit to stay online without relying on your phone's Wi-Fi hotspot, especially when Wireless CarPlay or Android Auto is active. USB tethering is available as a backup connection.
