Care and Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the pump with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or immerse in water.
  • Storage: Store the pump in the provided drawstring bag or waterproof bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Heat Management: The included silicone heat sleeve can be used to provide heat insulation during extended use, as the brushless motor may generate some heat.
  • Battery Care: For optimal battery life, charge the pump regularly, even if not in frequent use. Avoid fully discharging the battery for prolonged periods.

Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
Pump does not turn on.Low battery or not charged.Charge the pump using the Type-C cable. Ensure the power button is long-pressed to turn on.
Pump inflates slowly or not at all.Improper connection to valve; low battery.Ensure the air hose and valve adapter (if used) are securely tightened to both the pump and the tire valve. Charge the pump.
Pump stops before reaching target pressure.Target pressure reached; low battery.Check the digital display for current pressure. If it matches the target, the auto shut-off functioned correctly. If not, charge the pump.
Pump gets warm during use.Normal operation of brushless motor. This is normal. Use the silicone heat sleeve for insulation if desired. Allow the pump to cool down between prolonged uses.
Inaccurate pressure reading.Loose connection; sensor issue.Ensure all connections are tight. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
