Setup

1. Charging the Device

Connect the USB cable to the TENS unit and the adapter.
Plug the adapter into a power outlet.
The battery indicator on the screen will show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.
A single charge provides over 40 hours of continuous use.
Important: Do not use the TENS device while it is charging.

2. Connecting Electrode Pads and Wires

Ensure the device is turned off.
Connect the electric wires to the electrode pads by snapping them onto the pad connectors.
Insert the other end of the electric wires into the A and/or B ports on the top of the TENS unit.

3. Applying Electrode Pads

Clean and dry the skin area where you intend to apply the pads.
Remove the protective film from the adhesive side of the electrode pads.
Apply the pads firmly to the desired treatment area. Ensure good contact with the skin.
The package includes pads in three sizes: large for back/legs, medium for shoulders/arms, and small for the neck. Choose the appropriate size for the area.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off

Press and hold the power button (usually marked with a power symbol) for a few seconds to turn the device on or off.

2. Selecting a Mode

The device offers 24 different massage modes.
Press the 'M' button to cycle through the available modes. The current mode will be displayed on the screen.
Each mode provides a different sensation (e.g., TENS for pain relief, EMS for muscle training, Relax for gentle massage).

3. Adjusting Intensity Levels

The device has 20 intensity levels.
Use the '+' and '-' buttons for Channel A and Channel B independently to increase or decrease the intensity.
Start with the lowest intensity and gradually increase until you feel a comfortable, yet effective, sensation. Avoid setting the intensity too high, which can cause discomfort.

4. Using Dual Channels (A/B)

The DOMAS TENS unit features independent A/B channels, allowing you to treat two different body parts simultaneously with potentially different modes and intensities.
Connect one set of pads to Channel A and another set to Channel B.
Adjust modes and intensities for each channel independently using their respective controls.

5. Setting the Timer

Press the 'L' button (Timer) to adjust the treatment duration. The timer can be set from 10 to 99 minutes.
The device will automatically shut off once the set time has elapsed.

6. Memory Function

The device automatically recalls the mode and intensity settings from your last use, saving time for subsequent sessions.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning the Device

Wipe the device with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.

2. Electrode Pad Care

After each use, place the protective film back onto the adhesive side of the pads.
Store the pads in the provided pad holders or storage pouch to maintain their stickiness and prolong their lifespan.
If pads lose their stickiness, gently wipe the adhesive surface with a damp cloth and let air dry. Do not use soap or alcohol.
Replace pads when they no longer adhere well to the skin or if they cause discomfort.

3. Storage

Store the device and accessories in the provided storage pouch in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Troubleshooting
