4. Setup and Installation

4.1 Compatibility Check

This car radio features a standard 1 DIN size (180x50mm), ensuring compatibility with most vehicle dashboards. Before installation, please refer to the dimensions and wiring diagram provided in this manual to confirm compatibility with your vehicle. Professional assistance is recommended for installation.

4.2 Wiring Instructions

This radio is universal and does not come with an ISO connector, but with loose wires. When installing, connect the wires from the provided harness to your car's wiring one by one according to their properties. Incorrect wiring can cause short circuits, excessive power consumption, or other issues.

Key Power Connections:

• Yellow Wire (B+): Connect to the constant positive terminal of the car battery. This provides continuous power for memory retention.
• Red Wire (ACC): Connect to the ignition switch (ACC) power source. This powers the unit on/off with the car's ignition.
• Black Wire (GND): Connect to a reliable ground point on the car chassis.

4.3 Rear Camera Wiring

The included rear camera enhances parking safety. Connect the camera as follows:

• Connect the camera's video output (yellow RCA) to the 'VIDEO IN' port on the radio.
• Connect the camera's red power wire to the positive lead of your car's reverse light.
• Connect the camera's black ground wire to the negative lead of your car's reverse light.
• Connect the red trigger wire from the video cable to the 'B1' cable on the power harness (usually labeled 'REVERSE' or 'BACK'). This signals the radio to switch to the rear camera view when reversing.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Basic Controls

The unit features an intuitive volume knob for quick adjustments and illuminated buttons for optimal visibility and safe driving. The 6.86-inch IPS touchscreen provides a responsive interface for all functions.

5.2 CarPlay and Android Auto

Enjoy seamless smartphone integration with both wired and wireless CarPlay and Android Auto. Connect via Bluetooth for wireless access or USB for wired connection to navigate, play music, make calls, and send messages directly from the touchscreen.

6. Parking Assistance (Rear Camera)

If the unit does not retain settings or memory after being turned off, it may be due to inverted wiring between the ACC (red) and B+ (yellow) wires. Ensure the yellow wire is connected to the constant positive terminal of the car battery to activate the memory function.

7.2 Unit Does Not Power On

If the unit does not power on, carefully check all wiring connections. Ensure you are using the provided wiring harness. Verify that the yellow wire is connected to the battery positive, the black wire to ground, and the red wire to the ACC (ignition key) for correct power supply.
