Setup and Assembly
- Prepare the Bowl: Place the anti-slip rubber mat on a clean, flat, and stable surface. Position either the glass bowl or the stainless steel bowl onto the mat.

Operating Instructions
The Homeleader Electric Food Chopper features two-speed pulse control for versatile processing.
- Power On: With the unit assembled and plugged in, press and hold the desired speed button on the motor unit.
- Speed Control:
- Speed I (Low): Ideal for soft foods like onions, garlic, tomatoes, hummus, guacamole, and fruit purees.
- Speed II (High): Suitable for hard foods such as meat, carrots, ginger, frozen bananas, and nuts.
- Processing: Use short pulses (press and release) for coarse chopping, or hold for longer durations for finer results. Observe the food through the glass bowl to achieve desired consistency.
- Overheating Protection: To prevent motor overheating, do not operate the chopper continuously for more than 30 seconds. If the motor stops, release the button and allow the unit to cool down for a few minutes before resuming operation. This protects the motor and extends appliance life.
- Finish: Once processing is complete, release the button and unplug the appliance from the power outlet.
