2. Select Mode: Press and hold the 'M' (Mode Changing Key) for approximately 4 seconds to enter mode selection. Short press 'M' to cycle through the 24 available modes. Release 'M' when your desired mode is displayed.
3. Adjust Intensity: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to increase or decrease the intensity level for the active channel (A or B). Start with the lowest intensity and gradually increase until you feel a comfortable, gentle pulsing sensation.
4. Set Time: Press the 'T' (Time Setup Key) to adjust the treatment duration. The default time is usually 20 minutes.
5. Using Dual Channels: The device has two independent channels (A and B). Short press the 'M' key to switch between Channel A and Channel B.
